Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Yes, you have the option of picking up your ordered pieces from our store in New Delhi. If you opt for this, then shipping charges will be waived off completely.

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria)

  • Any part cancellation or refund of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at www.thefrenchdarjee.com would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

  • We do not return or exchange gift certificates, scarves and customised orders once purchased unless it is a manufacturing defect.
  • No returns on discounted merchandise.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at care@thefrenchdarjee.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
